Return Policy 

 

We do our best to ensure that the products that you order are delivered to you in full and according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, or items different from the ones you ordered, or there is some other reason why you are not satisfied with the order, you may return the order, or any products included in the order, and receive a full refund for the items.

If you have an item that needs returning, please email info@uptodatefarmer.eu to say you wish to return the item. 
If you decide you no longer require the goods within 14 days of the day of receipt of the goods ('cooling off period'), we offer a full refund of products value excluding original carriage charges in accordance with EU Directive on Consumer Rights i.e. Return delivery costs are refunded in 20 EUR limit.

Please return the goods unused in the original packing with a completed Returns Request Form and we will refund your payment card. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. Your refund will be paid within 4 days of receipt of the returned goods.

For returned goods over the 14 day 'cooling off' period we reserve the right to charge you the return delivery cost.
You may call us to tell us about your wish to cancel your contract and we will advise on the best return method but your right to cancel must be exercised in writing as well e.g. by email.

Return of the unwanted goods can be either by courier or by post in which case we may arrange a return label if you wish. 

For faulty or damaged goods: Please notify us immediately by phone or email if you find the goods damaged or faulty upon receipt and we will replace it immediately. You may call us about a damaged or faulty item but you should also email us to comply with our returns policy. 

 

Please make sure the goods are returned in new condition and in the original packaging. Thank you !

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
